A club for Dartmoor Pony lovers!
Art Zone
Personal Zone
Misc. Zone
This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
The club is alive again! I'm so sorry it's taken so long to get back up and running- to be honest, I totally forgot.
We are in need of a moderator...anybody wish to apply? If so, please send a note and I'll let you know
A journal entry with a member and affiliate list will be here shortly
Many thanks,
Jaycee
I just found this, and it's brilliant. I love Dartmoor's. My first pony was a Dartmoor, and she was with me for 12 years, she died this year, and I miss her terribly. great page
i very much agree with u, the dartmoor ponies should be saved, i hate the way u can get one for a couple of quid, they shouldnt be sold off and if it has to be done they should go for more than that, they make lovely kids ponys, ive looked after one for the past year and hes lovely.

I wasn't quite sure if the ponies in my photos were Dartmoors or Exmoors, but I guess you know em when you see em
They are part of a larger herd who have been given a huge special enclosure in a large park near where I live. They have been here for a few years now and I think the idea is to try and increase their numbers to help save them.
For a few years I lived near the New Forest and used to help some friends how used to rescue the new forest ponies from being sold off for meat, and give them new homes where they would be looked after.
I still remember the fun we used to have trying to round them up whenever it became necessary, because they were so wild that we used to have a devil of a job getting a bridle on them

And yes, they have such a beautiful temprament, it's a shame to see them slowly fade away.
